I live next to the Inner Harbour with my husband Richard and our black cat Elwood. We founded the Polperro Arts Foundation in 2001. Richard and myself have provided creative input on numerous village projects including logos and programme covers for the Polperro Festival, our October Beer Festival and the Village plan. I have also painted the Lord Mayors portrait for the Polperro Festival for the last ten years.
In London before our move here in 1997 I specialised in providing textile prints for fashion houses, clients included Miss Selfridge, Monsoon and other High Street Fashion chains. Working in a studio in New York I provided prints for Macys, Donna Koran, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, etc. where my tropicals and florals were popular.
Alongside my mystical twilight paintings, Polperro night scenes and cheeky cat pictures, I also paint a mean mackerel! I have recently given up freelance print designs from home, hence my new tropical and floral paintings, in oils and acrylics inspired by the Eden Project, visits to Prague and Cuba and my imaginings! Commiissions taken, prints and cards available.
